The traverse we purchased was not a 4 WD as we and our salesperson had both thought. When we realized this a few days later Kevin and Chad went to work to get a 4 WD with the same feature set to exchange with us. Although it has more miles than the 2 WD, we felt the 4 WD and aluminum wheels compensated for that (and since we, too, missed the fact that the first car was 2 WD which was clearly stated on the car fax, we were willing to be flexible).
